Getting to An Bang Beach
An Bang is only about 4km from Hoi An's Old Town, so getting there is easy and cheap however you travel.
By bicycle: the local favourite. It's a flat, roughly 20–25 minute ride along quiet paddy-field lanes, and most hotels lend bikes free. There's cheap guarded parking (a few thousand dong) at the beach entrance.
By motorbike/scooter:10–15 minutes. Same guarded parking at the end of the beach road. Ride carefully on the busier stretches near town.
By taxi or Grab: the simplest option, around 10–15 minutes and cheap (roughly 70,000–100,000 VND each way). Grab is easy to book back, though at peak beach times you may wait a little for a car.
